Patrick Bayley has lived in North Carolina for over 35 years and believes that it is one of the best places to live in the country. Patrick grew up in Raleigh before attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He graduated in 2006 with a B.S. in Finance and International Business and immediately transitioned into the mortgage industry. In 2013 Patrick moved back to Raleigh to open a new branch, be closer to his family, and better serve clients in the community that he grew up in.

As a Mortgage Broker with 19 years of experience, he has the industry knowledge and lending resources to help as many families qualify as possible . In addition, Patrick will advise families on solutions for their individual situations. After all, everyone is unique with their own short term and long-term goals. He is more of a “financial planner” for Real Estate than someone who will just get you a loan. In his current position, he has access to a variety of programs that many traditional lenders / banks / credit unions do not… No income verification loans, investment loans based solely off rental income (both short term and long term), Fix and Flip, Construction and many others.

He is an active real estate investor, with both short- and long-term rentals that he personally manages… regularly attends investor meet-ups, seminars, and trainings to stay on top of the most recent trends and strategies in the market.
