Originally from Middlesex NJ, Courtney moved to Wilmington NC back in 2019. She landed a job with Patrick Stoy’s residential mortgage company [MC Mortgage Group] a few weeks after her arrival, where she was his head loan processor for the next 5 years. After taking a short sabbatical, she was hired back as MC Capital’s in-house commercial loan underwriter. Prior to her move to NC, she began her work in retail residential mortgage with Everbank/US Bank back in 2016. Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey in Exercise Science & Psychology.
Courtney resides in Wilmington, NC with her dog Cooper. She’s an avid New York Jets fan and loves all things soccer. When she’s not working, Courtney spends her time with friends, enjoying music events and trying new things around town.
